Bob Eley has over 41 years of experience and has served as President of Eley|Barkley, P.A. in Cleveland, Mississippi since 1984 and as the County Engineer for Bolivar County, Mississippi since 1989. Bob has extensive experience designing and constructing roadways, streets, storm drainage systems, storm water detention and parking. Mr. Eley also has extensive experience with bridges, water supply, water storage, water distribution, sewage collection, sewage treatment and land development.
